Yeah I get it. Funny thing, I haven’t been in a relationship with Rarity for the longest time. This art was a birthday gift from a friend almost two years ago, which is coincidentally about the time she and I parted ways, and I started seeing my current lover, the unicorn stallion Curio. It’s weird having to describe these sorts of inter-dimentional, astral relationships to the layman, so please just take my word on it. It’ll make things easier if you don’t dwell on the mechanics of it too much.

Congratulations! Since this oc has a literal canon relationship with Rarity, this is the only oc art I don’t dislike, in fact I like and fav this post. Also this is my favorite and only liked oc that has relationship with one of the Mane Six.

Grave varietals are among my considerations, but I’m afraid I must flatly refuse the “Merlot” suggestion. Classic style cru Bordeaux aside, I’ve never liked Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon, especially Californian interpretations. Too be honest, even First Growth Bordeaux has not left a lasting impression, thought the good ones I’ve had with a well paired meal were certainly a memorable.
 
I gravitate much more towards the wine of Burgundy, the Rhone Valley (especially Cornas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape), Champagne, and Rioja in Spain. French wine is the greatest, though I also love Iberian wine (fortified dessert wine is great: Port, Sherry, Madeira); Italians have some good stuff, but unfortunately I am difficient in my knowledge of that country due to lack of variety in my market. :(
 
After this rant, perhaps you can tell that my cutie mark accurately reflects my other obsession. After my darling Rarity, my great passion in life is wine and the inebriating bliss it brings.

If only I could afford these commissions… tight budget.

im pretty sure you can put it up again, and if someone changes it back, take it up whit the admins.
 
also, i guess most people find the ficticius character love/tulpa/whatever-the-hell-its- calles, weird, and the fact that someone payed for it, sad.

Well, uh, and here I’m embarrassed to admit but no, he doesn’t have a pony name yet. There are a few I have in mind, but really he is just my exact doppelganger, except ponified. Rarity and I are content as an inter-species couple, but for the sake of art I have a pony version.
 
Considering though how Clopitor the Hydrogenous and Roboshi (among others) are tagged by their Derpibooru’s handles when art of their OCs are posted, I don’t see why I can’t be afforded the same courtesy.
