Basically, you’re going to want to keep the number of nodes you use to the bare minimum; makes it a lot faster to build things and edit quickly. Can add more as you go if you need it to get more accurate.
For reference, her ear, including fill and strokes, should be between 9 and 11 nodes between all three objects.
