My previous comments were laced in sarcasm, so with regards to the lesbianism tag, you explicitly said what I was implying :P
And I hope you’re right about us growing up and finally getting passed our collectively narrow-minded rejection of ethnically and/or culturally different people.
Personally I feel that, if anything, our overt prejudice of ethnically-different people will simply evolve into covert prejudice (similar to how overt racism towards black people hasn’t been eradicated in the United States but rather transformed to a socially-infused and implicit form of racism). Still, I must admit I do admire your sense of social optimism.
I’ve said this before, and I’ll say this again: Just because two female lovers are standing next to each other DOES NOT automatically mean they are intimate lovers.
You want to know why this image has a positive score despite the hijab? It is not because there is homosexual content. It is because the people who would normally downvote this (or others like this) have learned their lesson about accepting different ethnicities for humanized ponies.
