You’re right. I’m sorry.
Please read my previous comment carefully. You are mistaken about me.
You’ll see that I never said I disliked DD. I simply stated a preference. I could go into why I felt let down about DD but I don’t think you’d want to hear them spare you the details. Go check out Digibrony’s review. I’m right with him on it.
I also excused myself from judging DD overall based on these reasons. I don’t mind if you or anyone else thinks of me as selfish but pick a valid reason.
Also, at no point in time did I say that the writers “should abide by my vision and my vision only”. Who would claim such a thing? Seriously. That’s speculation on your part. I doubt anyone else would have gathered that based on my comment. Please leave me out of your blanket assumptions.
And by selfish, I meant expecting his personal headcanon to instantly come true primarily. He’s free to dislike the episode but for that reason? I disagree.
Even if it wasn’t “deep,” I still found it great. I think this review sums it up: http://mrenter.deviantart.com/journal/First-Impressions-Daring-Don-t-418366557

He’s not being selfish, he’s being real. The episode was a let-down to those of us who were hoping for something deeper than the rather childish “main character is the author” kind of story. That is perhaps revealing of the danger of getting your hopes up, but there’s nothing particularly selfish about being disappointed in this case.
Maybe she’s Daring’s editor?
Because the writers are suppose to abide by your vision and your vision only? Forgive me if I think of you as a tad selfish…
oh well. Maybe we see her anyway in the season. And if we are lucky she get to say something too.
lies, they never said it, they just hat something with name “daring do” on her wall, they never specifically said she was the author, Andy Price said it “could” an award named daring do and that he “left it open to the imagination”.
after the new episode, if seems the award is the truth.
Maybe it could be historical fiction or fantasy/science fiction award.
An award named after Daring Do, maybe?
They said it? I only recall Velvet having an award that had the words “Daring Do” in it.
Fanfic nothing, they said that in the IDW comics,
(Never read it myself)
Dunno, but I feel like it should be against the rules.
