The amount of evil directly correlates to body temperature. So when Evil goes goes up the body temperature goes up with it. So evil females must wear revealing clothing. Here is the formula.
 
E= Evil measured in MegaVaders  
T= Temperature in Degree Celsius  
R= Revealingness Level (1 is baseline - “t-shirts” and jeans)
 
R= T x R (1 Evil = Stilt Man)
 
This is reverse at the presence of a Y chromosome. The formula becomes

So males have to increase the amount of clothe they wear.
