Sir. The other name works, but I’m just more used to seeing ‘Care Package’.
The image counts appear to agree with you. Touché, Sir or Madam.
While the comments in the deviation would agree with you, that name seems to be a more recent development; ever since his appearance in “Wonderbolt Academy” I’ve heard fanon name him “Care Package”.

He also appeared to give a letter to Twilight twice in “Princess Twilight Sparkle - Part 1” and delivered the letter from the Wonderbolts in “Wonderbolt Academy”.
Either way I don’t know this stallion’s name.
