Duck - Quacks like a duck, takes bait like a fish

@Whatevs
My expectations aren’t very lofty. Shit like the most basic consideration for others. I would like for everyone to stop constantly fighting for an inch and then taking a mile whenever I reluctantly give in. Or for people to at least make a token effort to find out the actual truth rather than being a bunch of solipsists that just assume if they stick their fingers in their ears and go “lalala” reality will just go away.

Heh. I’m just being negative. I don’t want to get on anyone’s case for being positive about humanity. More power to ya. But I’ve given people an honest try and, for the majority, the only thing I consistently experience is disappointment, regardless of how much I lower my expectations.

Well by definition such a thing is excessive.

I’ve just noticed the most interesting and worthwhile people enjoy human contact (good hunan contact). Because humans are the most consistently variable and challenging thing on the planet.
