The courage to jump...

Continuing to operate the shampoo factory would be a pretty good idea. Legitimate front, a source of revenue and money laundering for your criminal empire, plus you could use shampoo to smuggle drugs or test mind-control agents on the populace.

I’d think it wouldn’t be producing shampoo anymore, since it’s supposed to be where ~~the Joker~~ Mane-ia fell into a vat of shampoo chemicals and got her crazy mane and disposition. She also owns the building, unlike most super-villains who usually settle with abandoned places.
