I… sort of get it.
In a nutshell, what was Fox Kids before being bought by Disney and transformed into Jetix and then into Disney XD, they bought the rights to air The Fairly Odd Parents in Latin America, but even after that they never aired in Nickelodeon in L.A. until like 2006, when the right expired….. in retaliation Nick pulled a similar move buy buying a Disney XD show and only airing one season of that particular show and afterwards not bothering showing the rest of it….. yeah, not in a nutshell, but you get the idea….
In Brazil and Latin America everything up to the halfway part of season 5 is property of Disney.
