They both futilely fight,(bat dodges/hulk invulnerable) until hearing a poor animal in distress, causing them to team up. After dealing with said emergency, they settle their differences, and go for a bite to eat someplace where they wont get weird stares, while ponies mistake this for a new ship.
 
Did everyone forget that they’re both basically Fluttershy?

I would guess Flutterhulk is somewhat indestructible like the Hulk, whilst Flutterbat appears reliant on the consumption of apples. Perhaps the battle would continue until Flutterbat ran out of fruit to keep her going.
 
But Flutterhulk gets her power from anger which she doesn’t seem to be very good at acquiring, so my bet is the fight ends when Flutterhulk loses her hulk status and then flees from her scary foe.

Either way, Fluttershy still wins!

I still don’t get why everyone’s so bent out of shape about the death battle thing between them.
 
Goku then telepathically contacts Superman, congratulates him on the awesome fight, and lets him know the Namekians are gathering up the dragonballs to restore the earth.

I’m gonna go with the hulking mass of muscles on this one.

What’s funny is that both of these Flutters were introduced in consecutive episodes. Then we all remember that, since it’s Fluttershy, they both lose.

It’s like having Wolverine against the Hulk.

It’s like the Superman vs. Goku argument. The correct answer is that they team up.

They will use the Stare at each other… Until end of the time!

Nobody would actually win, I suppose. Flutterbat is incredibly agile, while Flutterhulk is resistant to damage.
