I’m well aware of yesterday’s episode. It just that along with the Flutterbat aspect, the picture is cute enough to make me think that this could be a possible end result if Fluttershy and Discord mated (especially given the size of the apple when compared to Flutterbat).

Nope, it is Flutterbat, cute edition.
Long story short, Fluttershy becomes a werebat (thanks Twilight), but is cured at the end (mostly).
