Twilight also has the advantage of being one of the most powerful unicorns of her era.
Even if it takes a bit of work to do the spell at all, fixing a wheel is far short of lifting sever 1,000,000+ pound chunks of concrete with absolute precision and then mending the pieces. I’d say Twi’s just a LOT better at it.

It’s like how Bender does one thing, but he applies it into multiple solutions.
I was going to say that it seemed out of place to be able to do a spell that seems significantly more advanced than require to help her natural talent. However we’ve seen her make dresses and “sew” fabric with magic alone….a cheater method I guess.
She also attached her tail to the base of Steven Magnet’s mustache
