Even if it takes a bit of work to do the spell at all, fixing a wheel is far short of lifting sever 1,000,000+ pound chunks of concrete with absolute precision and then mending the pieces. I’d say Twi’s just a LOT better at it.
This is basically my character’s main use for his magic, and I thought it would be considered over powered. If Rarity starts forming metal like it’s made of clay, I will lose my shit completely if it’s ever called OP.

I was going to say that it seemed out of place to be able to do a spell that seems significantly more advanced than require to help her natural talent. However we’ve seen her make dresses and “sew” fabric with magic alone….a cheater method I guess.
Twilight also has the advantage of being one of the most powerful unicorns of her era.
