And keep in mind your imagination is just a starting point. You imagine a solution and then you choose it and elaborate on it. Don’t get discouraged because it’s harder to implement than imagine. Imagination shows you where the starting line is, now you have to run the race.

I mean you just have to get creative and know the tools. Like for the edit you mentioned. Something like using the free select tool (draw a line around the part you wanna select) and cut and paste and move the characters closer together. I mean, that’s just a starting point. You have to learn to trust your daydreams and imagination as a tool. People teach you growing up to ignore it and focus on school work and such, but there’s an evolutionary reason you have a built in imagination.

Gimp is like photoshop but free. There are other programs out there but that’s the one I know. As far as the editing itself, well, you’re gonna have to use brains, creativity, and lea arm how to manipulate/draw pictures in general for that one.

If he means gifs, you can get gimp (free software), and put images in layers, then save it in gif format and choose animate instead of merge layers. Getting frames from the show is something I’m not familiar with though.
