I thought Doctor Whooves came from a parallel universe which coexist with the DW main universe, so his time line and regeneration history isn’t necessarily identical to THE DOCTOR as the show keeps going.

I mean, I find this unfunny because it’s a pretty old joke at this point. Plus it’s not the Doctor best known for saying that line. To me, the op was either rushed or simply threw it together without bothering (or caring) very much.

yeah but at the same time, as a fan of doctor who, i can honestly say i don’t care, op doesn’t fail in my opinion because of the fact that is, he/she can do whatever they want and make whatever joke they want with FICTIONAL CHARACTERS. a parody of one at that. anyone who actually gets irritated or annoyed at something like this needs to figure out where they went wrong in life.

Assuming that the one who made this image isn’t trolling (benefit of the doubt and all that), I imagine he or she used these particular pics because we don’t have many shots of Eleven other than him in the background. Plus thinking, “One Doctor Whooves is the same as the others, right?”
 
It’s how some people think all Optimus Primes are the same, when the one in the movies, for example, is a lot meaner than the one in Transformers Prime.
