I’ve been wanting to do this for ages.

Now for the head cannons:  
The Sky Bandit Stages Air-Tram is a medium lift flight assisted pegasus pulled passenger wagon.  
It uses a series of thrusters powered by an array of Spark Cells to provide stability and help the pilot lift the weight.  
The harness is linked to an on-board control terminal that reads the pilot’s body and wing movements to control the output of the ventral and rear thrusters.
