It’s so awesome how she seems to be enjoying the trials and competition.
Dunno, but apparently each town’s team needs enough ponies to fill out the event list. Maybe the other pegasi were lazy/uninterested? What we know is Fluttershy and Bulk Biceps volunteered to fill out the team roster. With Rainbow Dash acting as a “ringer” on the relay team, that freed up two better-flying pegasi for other events.
Does every pegasi in Ponyvile have to compete?
The Equestria Games rules state that a pony can only compete in one event. The Ponyville team put their two worst flyers together with Rainbow Dash knowing that Rainbow’s speed would be able to make up for them.
