You’re not alone. All of my friends want to see more Celestia in the show as well.
She made it on January’s 18. It’s for realsies bro, I would never lie or bullshit about this kind of stuff, nobody on this fandom wants to see more Celestia than me. (Well, maybe a few people, I can’t speak for the whole fandom but- You get the point.)
I tried looking for it on Nicole’s twitter and I can’t find it.
As somebody who has seen that Tweet (and screencapped it for posteriority), yes, yes it is real.
