It is. One of the tags says “voice actor joke.” Tara Strong voiced both Twilight and the protagonist of Lollipop Chainsaw who wears that outfit.

Do you guys think Twi’s outfit could have been a reference to Lollipop Chainsaw? I mean, it was pretty freakin’ similar to what’shername’s outfit in the game. I know I’m late to the party, but I’ve yet to see any discussion on this.
