The wings pop in and out. The are only present during that leg-stretch animation. Something similar happened back in “Return of Harmony” in Discord’s maze, when Twilight’s horn was still present during her run animation.
And yes, that is more or less how Flash works. Asset reuse is one of its biggest strengths, especially for a TV show being made on a tight schedule & budget where animators don’t have the luxury of custom-animating every single character movement.
@soundtea
A few frames? Aren’t the wings there for the whole shot? And “They copy pasted Twilight’s pose and forgot to remove the wings”? That’s not how Flash works.

>What, its more likely then rarity acidently turning into an alicorn.
It really is. After all, Pinkie has a costume of Fluttershy, Fluttershy might have a Rarity costume, and then Rarity has a Pinkie costume for when she wants to attend more “uncouth” parties and not ruin her reputation as being classy.
i’m beginning to think that they are making these on purpose now… So many allicorn errors can’t be a coincidence. Since it’s in almost every episode now, it has become like a game of where is waldo…
@Background Pony #3DC7
Your right, fluttershy is not on stage… unless… rarity is just fluttershy in disguise to avoid dragging atention to her self, but was just unable to hide her wings.
What, its more likely then rarity acidently turning into an alicorn.
Notice how Fluttershy isn’t on stage. Which I guess makes sense, she doesn’t want the attention. But in Filli Vanilli, it seems like she’s going to have to sing on-stage as a replacement. So I guess the episode is “Fluttershy conquers stage-fright”? And then goes back to still being scared after the episode.
That’s what I’m thinking.
Not a single downvote either. XD
Massive upvotes. I like how this site thinks.

Twice is coincidence.
Three times… is conspiracy.
