Not even close. Just watch Gurren Lagann. Goku is powerful as fuck. Gogeta, even more so by several hundred factors. But it’s still just fighting on the scale of planets.
 
By the end of the Gurren Lagann series, the eponymous mecha is fighting on the level of literal Gods. As in, it can teleport through dimensions through the willpower of its pilots alone, and withstand fighting in an area of an alternate universe where the density of space is on par with a black hole. It ends up surviving having entire galaxies thrown at it, then survives the Big Bang. Yeah, that big bang.
 
Then it transforms into a being which is stated by the official guidebook to be 52.8 billion light years tall. Then creates a drill ten times as big as that. For scale, our own observable universe is 93 billion light years in diameter. That’s 9.310^28 metres.  
Earth is 1.2710^7 metres.
 
Dragon Ball is a series which goes up to eleven, but Gurren Lagann is the one requiring a logarithmic scale to measure. It is ridiculously OP, and perhaps one of my favourite anime in the past 5 years. I’d recommend it.
