@CronoM: Most of that is because of a combination of certain obsessive anxieties and a relative lack of social skills. Also we don’t really know the context of her new song yet.

And I really don’t like hating on Twilight. I just feel that this is a result of too much ‘In Every Episode Syndrome’. Just because she’s the introduction main character doesn’t mean she’s any more important then the other 5. That’s why Lesson Zero was created.
 
I mean, isn’t the most recent song just her bragging about how awesome it is being good at everything, but she’s worried if she will do a good job on something new?

I like Twilight, but recently Twilight’s been kind of a dick recently. Disregarding bad situations as chances to save face in front of Celestia, being incredibly rude and blunt with no gentleness for the sake of showing how smart she is….when she’s calm she’s very diplomatic, but when she’s annoyed she’s a lot more self centered then Rainbow Dash and Rarity combined. She doesn’t flaunt it like Trixie, but in the end the problems she focuses on are her own.
