It’s from Indonesian mysticism. Technically the woman couldn’t be a leader, but whoever married her would be the legitimate ruler. Suharto’s wife was said to have wahyu. Of course, if a woman’s perceived to have wahyu and can’t parlay that into being the power herself, well, there you are.
