Seriously, dude? There’s nothing otherwise tame about an adult wearing a diaper. No innocent explanation that isn’t wildly contrived and/or also spank fuel (and that’s another reason these shouldn’t be tagged safe–the comments are inevitably full of people you can practically hear unzipping their pants, and the rating tag is supposed to apply to the comments, too).
Wearing a diaper is not something normal people do innocently, like having feet or tickling each other. It’s a fetish costume, like bondage gear.
