There was an episode of M.A.S.H– ask your grandparents– where the gimmick was that the whole thing took place in real time, like a Korean War episode of 24 but with a little ticking clock at the bottom of the screen, and one of the scenes had someone drop a live grenade in the operating room. Someone yelled, “Find the pin! We have ten seconds to find the pin and put it back in or it’ll explode!”, and I just rolled around on the floor laughing because even at six years old I knew that wasn’t how grenades work.

Looks like the bar is down so they should be OK as long as he doesn’t release it. Which I guess makes sense since it still can be secured with the pin and after ten seconds he might just decide to release it.
