He said in his post that he was originally going to make it a 3D piece but changed his mind.
Well I guess that depends entirely upon ones proficiency with 3d modeling. Still, that may be the case with a cube, but I can imagine it takes significantly longer to even crudely model a pony.
It’s a super easy way to make sure things like furniture are in the correct perspective and scale.
It might seem like a lot of work, but compared to drawing an exact cube in 3 point perspective by hand it’s the easy way.
True, very true.
I suppose, but something great usually takes time. Granted there are faster/more efficient ways, but if it works, who am I to argue?
But it looks like it takes so much tiiiiiiiiime.
