Depends on what reality you wish to explored. If you want to explored the changeling one than she (NB) was converted to a changeling for her service to the hive, ie why she still retained her mane, Being her fertile self she helps the hive in more way then one.
 
Original NB can be found like the others with nothing different about her. Huggable playful, shy and lusty as always.
 
Finally the Alicorn. Transcend into her standing due to proficient nature. Took up residence in a small kingdom tucked away in a winterscape where there is plenty of bed warming. She is the princess there and a very loving alicorn she would walk the town side by side with the folk. Although she does’t take to well to authority she has plenty of advisers to support her and she always ensures the safety and protection of those she governs, acting more of a mother than a ruler.
 
Each has a different verse/timeline to them.

variations for different aspects, and muses of her owner and my art. I cam currently working on a couple of pictures of the alicorn version.

The one on the left scares me now given she’s apparently a changeling now.

You need to stretch them out a bit more to fit their bellies; it kinda looks like they just have a water ballon between their legs
