Somehow I enjoyed playing SC4 and driving in it to wreck semis and watch as they just rolled away after a collision.

NAM(Network Addon Mod) and the SC4 launcher are your friends ;)

SC4’s totes my favorite, ‘cause of the way your neighborhoods would take on a character of their own. Also you had a lot of room to experiment with your layouts.
 
SC3K was just like a 2K reskin, but it was missing some of the stuff (like arcologies). Meanwhile SC4 was missing the same stuff but it added a lot of new stuff to make up for it.

It’s a 32-bit game so no matter what it can only use up to 2gigs of RAM although I think you can use patches to make it recognize up to 4 giga.

More like it’ll eat your RAM alive. It’s been years now and apparently that game can still be a beast to run on modern computers when the city is metropolis-size.

A better game overall, yes, but Sim City 4 will eat you alive and that’s that.

Pssh, hell no. Simcity 3000 Ultimate all the way, man.
