this concept does not posses even full existence as a physical entity, let alone the appropriate autonomous mental constructs and capacities to have the capability to be “forgetful.” It is a concept; an idea; a way to denote an array of physical phenomena that result from a particular orientation of a planet and its sun. Therefore, implying that it is forgetful is simply bucknuggies.
