If it’s any consolation, it looks like a “short drop,” so although she’s undoubtably unconscious, she probably still has a good 3-4 minutes before brain death occurs, and give how far she dropped, she almost definitely doesn’t have a broken neck.
 
So you got three minutes to KO any guards, cut her down, and you may need to use CPR to get her breathing again. Expect a lot of side effects from the experience (confusion, lack of coordination, difficulty moving, lasting minutes to weeks before a complete recovery), with the longer you take to rescue her, the longer the effects will last and the worse they’ll be. I just took the HANGING part literally, as a sort of pun. And I kinda dislike RD, so that’s where that comes from.
 
To be fair, you’d have to check the source to know that, and who on earth checks sources anyway? :P
