I personally can’t see Dash as being more “buff” than AJ. RD would definitely have very well-toned muscles and very little body fat, but the thing is, RD is built for speed.
 
If you look at runners in real life, their muscles tend to be much more lithe and wiry than that of “power-type” athletes like weightlifters (though it depends on the type of runner. Sprinters tend to have much larger muscles than distance runners).
 
I personally see AJ as a power-type, so she’d likely have larger muscles overall. Though I could easily see RD beating AJ in terms of optimizing her body through extremely focused exercise.

I like my Dashie with a bit more muscle. IMO she should always be more buff than AJ, because Dash is an athlete.
