I miss the show so much
I doubt you actually could imprison Luna, no matter how you tried. Twilight would not go down easily either. Plus, their horns are free. They could get out any time.
 
I’m guessing they’re just “visiting” the prison, kinda like Morgan Spurlock did in one episode of his 30 Days show.
