Let’s pretend some bronies are irrational and base their line of thought more on personal feelings than actual common sense, shall we? Just pretend.
 
So, Twilight shouldn’t be the Medic because she’s educated? Then she shouldn’t be the Sniper either, because being a sniper requires less schooling than being a doctor. The least amount of training required by any country that I know of to be a doctor is six years of medical school, while the lengthiest training required by any military to be a sniper is probably five weeks.
 
And Twilight and the Sniper have nothing in common personality-wise. Twilight isn’t really a calm character, and for that matter neither is the Sniper, he just prefers calm vantage points.
 
Twilight’s also no more isolated than Fluttershy. Twilight is only isolated for her studies and research, but otherwise mingles well. Fluttershy lives outside of town and rarely feels comfortable in groups of people.
 
Efficiency literally means you don’t suck at your job. In that regard, there isn’t a class Twilight couldn’t be.

one thing is certain, it can be a scientist, but nothing has as a medical or something to do with healing class, any brony or people who has already seen the episodes of mlp know that twilight is one typical educated girl, a little more isolated and who likes to be efficient in their work, this reminds me more sniper’s personality, and the class that needs to be calm, cautious and efficiently to any situation, near or far, it is twilight be the best for service.

What about 8 months later? I didn’t mean to insult you here or anything, I just never knew you responded.
 
One of your building points for Twilight as Sniper is because the Sniper is insane, correct? Later you say everyone is crazy. If everyone is crazy, then what about Sniper’s craziness stands out? Especially in conjunction with Lesson Zero, where Twilight goes laughing mad and puts the entire town under a spell? It seems to me that the Sniper’s particular brand of craziness is most focused on paranoia (fitting due to his career) and some anger issues (of all the mercs, his kill/domination lines sound the angriest).
 
You also brought up the idea of focusing on minor details, but why focus on minor details? Why not focus on the more defining traits of the characters? If you can’t get a 100% match, why not settle for the best possible match instead of one that just passes?
 
After all, Twilight is a polymath, who has displayed knowledge in magic, astrology, medicine, history, as well as skills in math, problem solving, and leadership. Is the Sniper really the best match you can see for all this?

And that is the same thing with all the characters. Every TF2 char is crazy, so you are saying that neither of the mane 6 fits with them. I don’t know what pony you are fitting, but they are no equal because the TF2 char is crazy. You need to know that everyone is fits the ponies with TF2 just for minor things. Nobody cares about the quotes, is about skills or personalities, is just that.  
But if you want to know more about it, then watch the TF/MLP pics, they are arguments about that.
