Also, I should mention that the “wild, inconsistent bending” looks fine when there are tight bunches, and the shadows of vines on the left look cut off. Again, they’re small things, and I just want to help you with your future drawings.

I’m sorry if I sound rude saying this, but I have to voice my opinion:
 
The way you draw vines throws me off. They look like they shrink and expand where they bend. The vine coming from the bottom right is a good example of what I’m talking about. The right/top of it looks close to a smooth line, but the left/bottom of it looks wavy. There are vines, like the one next to it and the three above it, that look fine to me, but I’m thrown off by the ones that are like it.
 
The rest of the picture, like the shading and the small details (like the points that the vines are touching her looking pressed, and the tear stains on her blindfold) are a marked improvement, and I could just be nitpicking for no reason other than my OCD. Please don’t feel bad because of my comment.

btw why low res? The biiiig ones let you zoom so much better, unless you work on smaller res originally then i’m sorry

I like how the other hoof is shying away from the tickling, trying to protect itself. Super cute.

Definitely tempted to write a short story for this, with Twilight being my favorite mane character.

If your gonna Luna next you should have her on top of a table and there’s a machine on the ceiling and it has tentacles that have all kinds of tickle devices that are tickling all over her body and I can’t wait to tell you how to do celestial next.

Misplaced navel. It looks like it’s about 2cm under her xyphoid process… not to mention too far to her left.
