“Moar old stuff x3 This time, something a little different! Well, for me. I’m pretty sure this concept has been done countless times. However, in this one, I decided not to make “new” and “original” clothes for each character. I just went by region. Some clothes might have fit some more than others (like I think Twilight fits the DP outfit more). I did them specifically like this after discovering that the Pokmon I think they’d have, could be on each different region (I was going by their pets). Not sure if that makes sense but I think you’ll get it once I list them :)

She is from Kanto and has a Growlithe
 
Twilight Sparkle  
She is from Johto and has a Noctowl
 
Rainbow Dash  
She is from Hoenn and has a Torkoal
 
Rarity  
She is from Sinnoha and has a Glameow
 
Pinkie Pie  
She is from Unova and has a Sandile
 
Fluttershy  
She is from Kalos and has a Bunnelby
 
 
Does it make sense now? Hahaha. So yeah, they were really fun to design. It was difficult however to adapt the trainer clothes to fit the Mane 6’s colors and personalities. Rainbow especially. For her I just stuck with blue rather than her Equestria Girls colors and I gave her male trainer pants XD I refuse to put her in a skirt! Doing this in Ken Sugimori’s style was also fun and hard. There’s a certain stiffness to it that’s hard to explain but if you get it, it looks legit in the end. Also the colors!!! You have to lower the saturation like crazy haha.
