If it does pass though, then the actually good art sites will get flooded by them..

But what about people who just want to go there to look at art they like, or put up their own art, and archive it? Or those who just want to talk to their friends on it?

one of the russian artists said the official reason is that deviantArt hosts ecchi anime stuff which the government sees as hentai which is then interpreted as lolicon and child pornography
And you guys say my country (America) has issues.
