Well, that’s… totally not what the actual Enclave would do. They’ll sit around on their airship or whatever for a while, figure out how to give unicorn magic to pegasi, go to the surface, shoot everyone for no good reason, and then claim they’re better than everyone.

In the Fallout Equestria universe, the (Pegasus) Enclave is the remainder of Equestria’s pegasi who abandoned Equestria and set up an isolationist military regime. One of their iron-clad rules is to never talk about the surface nor ever go there. According to their PR spin-doctoring, the surface world is nothing but a radioactive pit that will kill all ponies on the surface.
 
Rainbow, who was loyal to Equestria and her friends, called them out on their BS and abandoned them. The Enclave, in turn, called her a traitor.
 
Basically whenever a pegasi goes against the rules of the Enclave and abandons the skies for the surface world, they are given a magic brand that changes their cutie mark to one of Rainbow Dash, the “original” traitor and called a Dashite (named such after Scootaloo who also left the skies to go after Rainbow and called herself such a title).

oh that. its a bran that burns off there cutie marks calling them Dashite. the first Dashite was Rainbow Dash.

It’s hilarious that Calamity’s cutie mark is “Not Rainbow Dash”.
