^well, fluttershy is strong enough to throw a bear around, can use mind control, and is known for being a weaponizable level of cute.  
rainbow dash is the fastest flyer in all of the country, can make a 90 degree turn at supersonic speeds (and maintain them), and can survive a (supposedly supersonic) collision with a building, followed by the ground, and walk away unscathed.  
pinkie pie can control the fabric of reality, has the stamina to bounce everywhere she goes, can summon heavy artillery from nowhere, can pack inflated balloons into a briefcase, and can bake anything in only a few seconds.  
twilight is the personal protege to their country’s immortal leader, she can levitate a space-bear, brainwash an entire town, and give everyone moustaches.  
applejack has the stamina to harvest half an apple orchard in days, is strong enough to stop a cart full of ponies and luggage after it has been rolling downhill, and is rather dexter if her abilities to tie rope and control her hair like a fifth appendage are anything to go by.  
considering her company she needed to have some strengths as well.

So Rarity can create illusions with her magic… as if the kung fu, precise telekinesis, irrestistable charm and guile werent enough
