A gif I saved around 2 years back thinking it may be useful on the /mlp/ message boards from time to time. Never actually used it though.

How did you open it though? You need to use a browser to open it.
Saved the animation to a flash drive.
Try playing it from there, and quite often they’ll run at a different speed. (Normally slower, but not always).
internet browser as opposed to computer file browser(windows explorer/whatever mac uses)
How exactly are you viewing it without using a browser?

Sometimes they just lock up and won’t play at all from my folders, and yet if I upload them anywhere, they run fine.
that’s an odd thing with gifs, sometimes they run faster in browsers
