If you meant Normal Luna then yes, she’ll get more episodes than Celestia does.
 
But if you meant S1 Luna then sorry, but she’s gone for good. Hasbro only planned to use her once for an two part filler episode to explain the story of how Nightmare Moon came to be and killed off S1 Luna after the filler episode was over and she hasn’t returned to the FIM series since then.
 
I looked it up on the MLP Wiki and it doesn’t look like Hasbro is going to bring S1 Luna back again.
 
Hell, Luna’s already had her full power drained out of her twice now in the series by Tierk and again by the Storm King and S1 Luna still didn’t return again back then despite the creators of the show saying that S1 Luna showed up in ep.2 because Luna had most of her powers drained out of her when she was Nightmare Moon by the elements of harmony.
 
So the creators of the show clearly lied about that. Shame on them. _’

Overwhelming cruelty aside, Flutteshyclone!Luna is boring and annoying. I prefer my fun-loving dragonborn princess to a tiny little wallflower with one line.
