Sure. It’s not a major scene, but it does add more to the story than, say, the half of Snips and Snails’ rap that got cut.
The post credits scene I agree, but this?
They did. This and the post-credits scene were probably the two most significant cuts to the TV version.
Nope.
“Picture” is not a word exclusively reserved for still pictures, FYI.
And this is a pony image depository, not your personal dumping ground. No one had made a comment here in the last two weeks, and then you showed up with your gif.
A: It’s a gif of Lionel messi.
B: when the drama dies so will the gif
Quit spamming that dumb picture.
???
This might come as a surprise to you but; Some people actually agree with the villains when it comes to getting things done and getting what you want. What are you willing to do and how far are you able to go to achieve a desired outcome, or finally obtain a special certain something that you think is rightfully yours and yet so wrongfully denied.
I disagree. Some villains try to justify their actions, but others don’t think about justice at all. They merely do whatever their impulses dictate. Still others know that what they are doing is wrong, but because of their depravity they go ahead and do it anyway.
From a certain point of view, yes but i’d like to think that people can and will justify pretty much everything (or at least try to anyway). Even the most unspeakably evil crimes they’ve done for whatever reason.
Um, you know, the whole point of being a villain is to be “wrong”.
I don’t think the writers care to add that level of Shakespearean writing to their relationship, or Flash’s character.
Exactly. If my sister came into the church during my wedding rehearsal and started hollering accusations in front of everyone that my bride was “evil” and acting smug about it, I’d be pretty angry with her as well.
I don’t think Flash deserves to be assaulted though, he just wasn’t himself. I do wonder how well he recalls his behavior though. An apology would be polite if he remembers his actions, even if he was being manipulated.
Now that I think about it, Shining’s anger wasn’t exactly brainwash a much as genuine anger and dissappointment at her sister. I mean, she attacked his future wife (or at least that’s what it seemed), and Twilight’s sin was to act all overprotective from the idea of Shining marrying. If she didn’t act that way, everyone could have taken her accusations seriously.
Here… I think Sunset should have kicked him in the groin after defeating the Dazzlings… In a comical fashion after he tries to apologize.
You know, in Shining Armor’s case, I don’t think it was any “brainwashing” that made him lash out at Twilight. I think he had legitimate reason to be offended.
He’s trying to outdouche BrainwashedOrSo!Shining Armor?
Hm, I don’t remember that part.
Wow, what a dick.
