I’m pretty sure Reverse!Pinkie was the not-truly-evil member of the ‘Evil Mane 6’. She just seemed quite depressed.

Not the other guy, but it seems to be a thing with followers of Ayn Rand, who had her own definitions for certain things.
By her standards, doing something like giving to charity, for example, was okay, but if the government uses force to take property from people–for purposes charitable or otherwise–she called that “altruism” and regarded it as a bad thing.
Persons of good will can argue the point, but not the eccentric definition of terms.
Sadface.

Incredibly. I didn’t pay it mind until it was defined by the other Anon as something dubious in mental patient’s eyes. :T
There are people who think there’s something wrong with selfless acts? Weird.
Well I know a few who would kick up a storm over the concept of altruism as a positive
Kinda makes sense since Chrysalis fills the role for Cadence, while Trixie fills the role for Twilight.
Well, there are a couple of different things someone could do with the “Good Mane 6 vs. Evil Mane 6” plotline. Like maybe having one of the Evil Mane 6 not be entirely evil and even give her a possibility of redemption, or having Evil Twilight pretty much be the true threat of the arc while her princess bosses are nearly ineffectual {Kind of like how the Twilight we all know and love is pretty much who always ends up saving the world while the royal sisters generally get owned}. You know, kind of play around with the similar yet very different quality’s that the mane 6 and they’re counterparts have.
Look at the bigger picture. It’s basically just Romeo and Juliette with different wrapping, and that’s about as trite as you can get.
Yeah. See, I was fine with the idea that the Mirror Mane Six are basically loser villains, but it would’ve been nice to see the main universe Mane Six to meet up with them, even if any interaction with them would’ve basically just been acknowledging the fact that the Mirror versions are a bunch of losers and then having the normal versions move on to focus on the necessary tasks.
Because really: people complain about the Reflections arc being “cliche,” yet a “good Mane Six vs. evil Mane Six” plot would’ve been just as cliche, if not more so. In fact, I’d say that “good character from main universe falls in love with the good version of an evil character from the mirror universe” is about as far from cliche as you can get, though I doubt that that sort of thing hasn’t been done before at all.
Now we just need a fanfic, fancomic or whatever with the mane 6 actually interacting with they’re evil counterparts.
That’s pretty messed up.

A sacrifice in order to keep the six female formation intact.
I was strangely creeped out by that. Guess it’s the uncanny factor.
Cute.
I see what you did there.
