hmm you called it , on ie everything looks as if it’s on it’s default proper sizes , now the question becomes what settings have i messed with on firefox to render it in the current state it’s in?….
Try with a different browser, maybe it’ll help. I’ve checked this page with Chrome and Firefox, both display it fine. However I do know that Derpibooru also checks your screen resolution to decide what size to display. I’m viewing things on a 1366x768 screen. If you are using a bigger (or smaller) resolution the site might behave differently?
Not much else I can help you with, but if the problem persists you might wanna post it with screenshots etc. to Forums -> Site and Policy -> Report site bugs here maybe one of the devs can help.
oh really? now that is interesting , come to think of it for a while now all the proportions on this site have seemed off , but the image sizes being different was a more recent development , sigh yet just more examples of computers fucking up with me in the most insane/impossible ways that no one has ever herd of before and has no idea how to fix……
Well for me this page displays the correct 1200x1000 size, no idea why it displays something bigger for you.
looking at both dl’d files , they both have the same res of 1200/1000 , however when opening the image in an image viewer can comparing it’s full res to the image displayed on this page it’s very clearly smaller than the image on this page , so why are the images on this site now bigger but the files are somehow still the correct size?….
and it’s also only a problem with this display page itself as clicking to view the image page yields the proper res image display as well……
In this case it might be dA just beind dA. The image it displays on the above link seems to be 1024x853 even if you zoom in. But if you click the ‘Download’ button on the same page you get the real image that was uploaded, which is this one with 1200x1000.
That said, I’ve heard from others that in some instances the version hiding behind the ‘Download’ button can in fact be smaller. Not sure what’s up with that.
