Still 1st generation inbreeding can cause “small” defects like mental disability and compromised immune system, as well as have the likelihood of more severe genetic diseases be increased somewhat. But that’s just normal incest where you only share some genetic material, in the case of selfcest you would share ALL you dna except for the she’s chromosomes, so who knows how prone to deformity the children will be

Incest doesn’t cause any major genetic defects if it’s just one generation. Only after numerous generations without proper genetic variation can significant deterioration occur. Furthermore, two heads is not and most likely will never be a genetic defect. It’s an issue that arises after the genetic recombination of the parents’ genes.
 
And no, selfcest would not result in clones. Clones require all genetic material to be identical to the source, and small mutations always happen. And then there is the issue of gender, since the parents can’t be of the same gender, yet the child can’t be identical to both of their parents.
