Don’t feel bad about that, it just happened to be seen by people who appreciate it better than others, that is why some have more up votes than others

Yeah, I noticed that. Which is quite disheartening in all honesty, because lining and colouring takes quite a long time. But that’s just the way things go, I suppose.

Well an opinion like that would have been much more helpful and uplifting rather than being so awful in the beginning.

Thank you for your constructive criticism this time, and I’ll take what you’ve said into account.

first think i noticed, was the angle of the pose, the legs are standing behind her back, giving a look like she may fall forward, when i have problems on how to place the legs or arms etc, i use reference from this site, try using the tag “bipedal” and you will see what i am talking about

the neck is placed right under her chin, it makes her head looks like a ballon there, you should move it back a little, or make it thicker towards the back, or move the head forward full

the ear is a little too high on her head, it looks to be in the right place for a real horse, but this is a cartoon pone, this last one is just me, if you like it that way keep it, the style over all its nice, and the color job is fantastic too, just the neck and placement of the legs can make a huge difference here, try that and see what you get

the tip that i will give you and the key of progressing with art is to always try a new thing each time you are gonna draw something new, the eye shape, the colors, the lining, etc, and you’ll find out things you didn’t know you can do
