What the hay? Look I’m kinda offended here for doing that to Fausticorn (Plus, Fausticorn is the ponies version of Lauren Faust which offends me more). I mean seriously, put her to a cross!?
 
I’m offended not because of religions. But I’m offended because they put that inside a music video.
 
But I don’t hate the whole video. The rest are funny. EXCEPT THIS PART

@Minus Probably because crucifixion is explicitly associated with a particular religion. Whereas the general idea of being a god or deity is less offensive because every religion has some form of deity, the only people that could potentially be offended by that are atheists and agnostics (and even then, some of them might feel differently about the possibility of a deity in Equestria because of the presence of magic). It’s not exactly the same scenario.
 
Crucifixion is also a torturous form of execution, so part of it might also be that people are put off by the torture.
