Just for a reminder, Lauren Faust stated that the Mane Six should not have any romances as she considers it to be a major factor in bringing down thousands of girl’s shows.

Dash is clearly Wonderbolt-sexual, and they left the door open enough with Soarin that they might seriously hint at that the next Wonderbolts episode.
 
Twilight’s obviously in constant peril of Flash Sentry, but they probably won’t move on that until the third EQG3 film. Since that film will involve Human Twilight, it’ll probably resolve her relationship to Human Flash and she’ll either start up on pony Flash or drop Flash entirely.
 
Fluttershy might have something going on with Discord this season, people are picking up hints like the stuff in the comics or that weirdly edited shot in her teaser trailer where she’s blushing at Discord. There’s also talk of some kind of big episode with her and Discord next season.
 
Rarity is of course boy-crazy all the time but she’ll probably persist in a neverending limbo of short-lived crushes while Spike crushes on her in turn.
 
Applejack and Pinkie Pie don’t have anything on the horizon and may never. People like Cheese Sandwich but Weird Al probably won’t go Full De Lancie and come back a bunch.
