My guess would be Diamond Tiara, although a better fit might be Lightning Dust.
If you wanna go by colour scheme, Gilda might fit in well.
But if you want cunning and someone who’s so dedicated to impress the boss, you could imagine Twilight as one even if she’s not the likely candidate. (Celestia as Team Rocket’s Boss. That’d be weird )
