This was a last-minute ask after the last one, so sorry for pushing the rest of your asks back, but I had to tie up this loose end.
It is interesting how whenever Ponyville is hit with a large-scale disaster, ponies seem to forget about it by the next episode. Interesting too how, despite basically being superheroes and saviors of the world, ponies still treat the mane 6 like normal, common folk, like in Sweet and Elite when they shun them for not being rich. Did you all forget them saving your asses a few episodes ago, you inconsiderate douches?
Also, thanks to Double Rainboom for providing the original vector for frame two, and to Spongebob Squarepants for the title card in frame 3.
And yes, this does count as Pinkie Pies first appearance in my Ask Maudlyn series, not counting as a sketch in #7. Expect more of her in the future.

Sorry bout the Mauxie thing, I just really don’t like inconsistent argumentation. I’ll drop it.
(note: the average Dan Pie pic is really well made compared to my pics. The artists put a lot of effort into them, so the like/dislike ratio being more on the like side on them makes sense to me.)
Huh. Does the average Dan Pie pic (Dan vs. and Pinkie Pie) get pretty low ratings? (Looks it up) …huh. Who knew.
Honestly I usually rate pics based on their artistic quality and appeal, rather based on what I like. For example, I hate Equestria Girls but like a lot of the fanart here. Same goes for some of the shippings, if a picture is bad I give it a thumbs-down regardless on whether it’s of said pairing.
Also, really? Bringing up Mauxie again? I’ve been trying to drop that, and besides, that’s a complete non-sequitur to this conversation.
Pretty sure it’s because of the crossover shipping. Most crossover shipping gets pretty low ratings in general.
Honestly, I find it kinda ironic how one of the reasons you disliked Mauxie was that they might not even have met in canon or interacted only briefly, when I’m pretty sure you can’t fit Brooklyn into any canon at all.
I’m not trying to hate, and you can ship whatever you like, but I do like it when people are consistent in their reasoning.
True lol. It seems like every one of my pictures has at least one dislike on it, though. Then again, Derpiboo.ru likes/dislikes don’t affect my life in the long run, they won’t get me into a good job, etc. So I shouldn’t mind :)
Naaaah, dislikes are just drops in the bucket…unless you botch an execution or post Justin Bieber, lol.
God, I sure hope so. The dislike on this seems to disagree with me, though, but then again for the longest time I’ve been getting people who automatically dislike my pics for no reason.
