What does Twilight being a nerd have to do with reversed gender roles? Is it trying to say only women are scared of thunder/lightning in real life? The tag really doesn’t seem to apply to this picture.
@Lucky424
I should correct you just a bit, because you should say “30,000 kelvin”, with a lowercase ‘k’. The symbol, however, is ‘K’ and you say “Kelvin scale”.
…well… Twilight’s scientifically wrong. Celsius and Fahrenheit are measured in degrees. Kelvins, which is the SI (Standard Internationale) unit of temperature is measured in Kelvins.
Hence why absolute 0 is 0 Kelvins, -273.15 degrees Celsius, and -459.67 degrees Fahrenheit.

Especially since what she just told him is that, for a very brief instant, there was a streak of light that caused a sonic boom due to the fact that it’s three times hotter than the surface of our sun outside his bedroom window.
What’s the name of the scale that’s like Kelvin but for Fahrenheit?
Edited because: Word addition
No, it is not. Fahrenheit and Celsius are in degrees, Kelvin is not.
Sou centre; Me. I used to be a RAF engineer, and we had to learn all this sort of stuff.
I heard rumors that it is not even tea at that point but that it has transcended into a fith state of matter, sounds delicious?

Ahhhhh, alright alright. That…makes much more sense.
Well… that just made my day. Time to go write pony porn.
@BigMax
Sucks, right?
Why can’t I upvote comments?
No, it would be said as ‘30,000 Kelvin’.
So…it would be 30k kelvins kelvin? That…doesn’t even make sense linguistically.

When i was a kid, i always thought the thunderstorms were the raddest thing in the world.
